At Benihana, all our sauces are created daily from scratch. For our ginger sauces, we bring in fresh ginger each morning and peel, grate and mash it ourselves. The freshly peeled and mashed ginger is combined with chopped onion, vinegar, lemon juice, lemon zest and soy sauce to create our popular Ginger Dipping Sauce. It pairs perfectly with any of our seafood dishes.
